Guarantee and Returns

We offer an unconditional limited consumer warranty for up to one year.

If your products arrive damaged from shipping, before contacting us please call the carrier (UPS, Truck Company, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Solar Infra Systems cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.

Returning Products that are bought from our website:

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
Processing your return will take from 2-4 weeks.
Refunds are for the cost of the products only.

Please call our Customer Service number for a Return Authorization number before you ship back the  product.

Return by shipment:

For all product that arrives by parcel please use the original packaging  or use a sturdy substitute to ship return products. Write your Return Authorization number you received on the return.

Returning products to our distributors:
Products purchased in store, online, by phone or catalog from our distributors need to be returned through them.

Please refer to their return and shipping policies in their website or by calling them.
