Shipping

We are always looking for ways to further reduce our packaging waste and the impact on the environment.  We have tried to eliminate excess packing.  Whether you purchase our products in-store or online they will be contained in similar 100% RECYCABLE packaging that protect the products in transit.

If you are able to drive locally to purchase our product at one of our valued RETAILERS  we encourage it, and have them all listed on our website.  However, if you live miles from any of our retailers or prefer online shopping you can purchase here on our website and have your product shipped directly from our warehouse.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. Sorry—we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Shipping fees are based upon weight and are displayed at the end of the checkout process.

All orders are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically leave our Vancouver warehouse within 1-3 business days from the day we receive your order. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the shipping tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Information

As we ship internationally and use many shipping agents we do not necessarily know if they will leave the packages (which are large) at your door or require you to pick-up from a local delivery agent.  If you have specific delivery requirements, please call our customer service center so that we can assist you with these requests.

Approximate Delivery Times

North America  –   Please allow approximately 5-10 days for delivery.

Europe, Australia & New Zealand  – Please allow approximately 8-15 working days for delivery.

Mexico and South America – Please allow approximately 12-20 days for delivery.
